1. Information We Collect

When you use ReVector, we collect the following information:

• Email address — provided during account creation.
• Résumé content and LinkedIn URL — submitted for analysis.
• Blueprint results — the reports generated from your submissions.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, browser type, and device information collected automatically to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the Service — generating and storing your career blueprint.
• To send transactional emails tied to your account (receipts, pipeline completion, booking confirmations).
• To improve the platform — understanding usage patterns, fixing bugs, and developing new features.
• To process payments securely through our payment provider.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase, which operates on US-based servers. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Email Communications

Marketing emails are strictly opt-in. You will never be added to a marketing list without your explicit consent. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (purchase receipts, account notifications, blueprint completion) are sent as needed to fulfill the Service.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ReVector. Each processes only the minimum data necessary:

• Stripe — payment processing. Handles your payment information directly; we never store your card details.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Firecrawl — web crawling to ingest publicly available LinkedIn content.
• Google Vertex AI — AI analysis engine that generates your blueprint.
• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
• Cal.com — booking infrastructure for Tactical Pivot Calls.

6. Data Retention

Your blueprint is retained for 12 months from the date of creation. After that period, reports are automatically deleted unless you request an export beforehand. You may request early deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@revector.io and we will respond within 30 days.

8. GDPR (European Union Users)

If you are located in the European Union, our lawful basis for processing your personal data is consent (for optional features) and legitimate interest (for delivering the core Service you requested). You have the right to erasure, which we will honor within 30 days of your request. You also have the right to data portability — we will provide your data in a machine-readable format upon request.

9. Children

ReVector is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
