Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReVector ("the Service"), operated by Gravity Culture Coaching LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Service Description
ReVector is a career intelligence platform for AI-displaced professionals. It analyzes résumé and LinkedIn data to generate career blueprints, income replacement models, employment-direction and consulting-direction recommendations, and tactical move plans. The Service is designed to inform your decision-making. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice of any kind.
3. Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payment Terms
ReVector offers one-time upgrades (Premium Positioning Pack, Offer Attraction Pack, Pivot Powerplay Pack) and a refundable $500 deposit for the Tactical Pivot Call. One-time upgrade purchases are final and non-refundable. The Tactical Pivot Call deposit is refunded in full if you do not proceed with a Done-For-You engagement after the call, or applied in full toward a Done-For-You engagement if you do.
5. Data Use
When you submit résumé content or a LinkedIn URL for analysis, ReVector processes that content to generate your blueprint. Your submitted data, blueprints, and account information are stored securely and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is used solely to deliver and improve the Service.
6. AI-Generated Content
All blueprints, forecasts, scores, and recommendations produced by ReVector are generated by artificial intelligence. These outputs are informational in nature and should not be treated as professional advice. Results may vary based on the quality and availability of source data. You acknowledge that AI-generated content can contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.
7. Intellectual Property
ReVector, including its name, branding, software, algorithms, and design, is the intellectual property of Gravity Culture Coaching LLC. You retain full ownership of the data you submit and the blueprints generated from your analyses. You may use, share, and distribute your own blueprint as you see fit.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gravity Culture Coaching LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any career decisions made based on ReVector analysis, lost income, or lost data. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or used the Service in a manner that could harm other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
